7 Scriptures to get you through, when you are troubled.

Life is unpredictable, but in a world of uncertainties, we can be certain that the Word of God remains the same. The Bible is full of God’s truth- His Word. He has given us His Word that we don’t need to do life alone, because He is a very present Help who will never leave us, even in our most difficult times.

Psalm 46:1

“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.”

Life is rough, but thank God that we don’t have to do it alone. We all go through things and have our own cross to bear, but Jesus said, “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”- Matthew 11:28

There are some things we can control, and then there are things we cannot- give it to God.
Past traumas- give it to God.
Current disappointments- give it to God.
Present worries- give it to God.
Future uncertainties- give it to God.

You don’t have to carry your burdens alone. The Word of God says, “Cast your cares on Him, because He cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7

When faced with problems that this world brings, rest… Rest in God’s peace and have faith in His power.

John 14:27

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid.“

Whatever you can’t do, believe He can, and if He doesn’t, don’t allow that to keep you from believing who He is.

Joshua 1:5

“No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

It will work for your good. It may not work how you want it, but if you allow God’s hand in it, it will bring about a purpose, far greater than you’ve ever imagined.

Believe who He is, despite the circumstances. Your situation may change, but He’s the same God. “For he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” – Hebrews 11:6

If you are battling anxiety, depression, fear, or any type of strongholds- give the root of the problem to God. You don’t have to carry it anymore. Jesus said, “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” – Matthew 11:29

It’s time to rest- in your mind, in your heart, and in your spirit.

Be at peace, in Jesus name.
