A virus that shows you who you really are.

#Coronavirus 🧟‍♂️ The world is going crazy… Whew Chile… if only people had this urgency when it comes their souls. If only we rushed to the throne of God, like people are rushing to the store. If only we protected our hearts from the snares of the enemy, like people who are going around with masks on their face. If only we racked up on love and kindness, the way people are racking up on soap and hand sanitizer. If only we were as serious about our eternal souls, as we are this temporary body. The world would be a much better place. It just amazes me what’s really going on out here in these streets! It’s funny to me. It’s like the zombie apocalypse out here! Meanwhile, my faith is still secured and I still don’t have any worries, because GOD IS STILL on the throne! A person can take all the precautionary measures known to man, in order to avoid this virus, but what precautionary measures are you taking to protect your soul? You’re covering your face with a mask, but are you covered with the blood of Jesus? Do you have on the helmet of salvation? You put on gloves, but do you also put on the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth and carry the sword, which is the Word of God? Do you carry the shield of faith, and do you wear the shoes of peace? These things are the things that’s really going to protect you. This virus not only shows us where our faith lies; it shows us that we can do anything, if we come together. Think about it. When we come together, we can help heal, protect and love each other the way God intended, but fear and panic will have you thinking each man for themselves. When people lives are at stake, ish gets real! Well folks, news flash 🚨: Your life is at stake every day. Any day could be our last. Not even the next our is promised to us. We should be this serious about our lives, everyday. Not just physically, but spiritually. We should be more concerned with where we are mentally as well. Is your mind stayed on Christ? Because if it is, even in the midst of all hell breaking loose, you will still be at peace, because Good God Almighty is STILL IN CONTROL. This is nothing more than a test of our faith to see who we really put our hope in. Many people hope in themselves, that’s why they’re living fearful. Their protection doesn’t exceed their own abilities, but when you are confident in Christ you have supernatural protection that goes beyond human abilities.
Psalm 91
1Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
3Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
4He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
12they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
16With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
