How to combat negative or difficult feelings.

Are you dealing with difficult or negative feelings that you just can’t seem to break from? The Bible makes it clear that you’re not alone, in fact, it states in Psalm 34:19, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.” The key thing to remember when you’re dealing with these feelings is that, you are not alone. There are people who is going through or have been through exactly what you’re going through, within the body of believers, so don’t be afraid to talk to someone, don’t be afraid to pick up your Bible and not only read, but study it, so that you’ll know how to fight when you’re being mentally attacked by the enemy. The enemy can’t get into your heart if the Holy Spirit is there, so he will try to whisper negative thoughts into your mind that will cause you to feel some type of way, but through the blood of Jesus, you can overcome his schemes before those negative or difficult feelings turn into strongholds. Below is a list of negative or difficult feelings and scriptures to help you combat them through Christ. The only way to conquer these feelings is by the Word of God, being honest about how you’re feeling, and talking to either a therapist or someone you can trust. There’s nothing wrong with seeking help. God has people in those places for a reason. Remember, He uses people, places and things to get messages to us! Be blessed. 1 Peter 5:9-10
“Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
